2.1 By accessing the ijaya Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, You unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement").

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of all associated Bets, forfeiture of Funds, and permanent Account closure.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of Your Account. ijaya is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by a User.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You agree to notify ijaya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of Your Account.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. ijaya does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in Your jurisdiction before registering or placing Bets.
4.1 ijaya is required under its international gaming authority licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests, and at its discretion at any other time.
4.2 KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC / MyKad or passport); proof of residential address; and a selfie or liveness check photograph for facial identity matching.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to ijaya's satisfaction. ijaya is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to a User's failure to provide timely or satisfactory KYC documentation.
4.4 ijaya reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where KYC documentation cannot be verified, or where there is reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, misrepresentation, or money laundering activity.
5.1 Accepted Methods. ijaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods may vary.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Verified Accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. 5.4 Same Person Rule. Funds may only be deposited from and withdrawn to payment methods registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, Bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR. ijaya does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies except where USDT TRC20 is selected, in which case conversion rates applicable at the time of the transaction will apply.
6.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum win caps, which are published alongside each offer.
6.2 ijaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Abuse of bonus offers — including, without limitation, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all Bonus balances and closure of the relevant Account(s).
6.4 Bonuses credited to Your Account are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
7.1 All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting market on which the Bet is placed, as published on the Platform.
7.2 Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where a cash-out feature is available and exercised in accordance with the applicable cash-out rules.
7.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, ijaya reserves the right to void any affected Bets and refund the original stake to the User's Account. ijaya's decision in such matters is final.

12.1 The collection, use, and storage of Your personal data by ijaya is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
12.2 By using the Platform, You consent to the processing of Your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 ijaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
